HOW TO MAKE YOUR BUSINESS A SUCCESS with good strategic and business planning!

Well, kia ora folks, thanks very much for taking the time to come and check out today's vlog.

You know, people often tell me they'd love to have the time to step back and set some plans for their business. But one of the challenges is they don't actually know what to do or how to go about it. What I've found, is that the companies I work with that have really strong planning processes, normally have better clarity, which leads to better direction, better decision making. and ultimately better profitability.

So as we head towards the start of the new financial year (I know 1 April isnot quite here but it is getting close!), I'm going to run a series of vlogs giving you some really practical tips you can use when it comes to setting both your strategic plan and your business plan. It's important to not that these two plans are completely different in my mind and we can get the two mixed up sometimes. I'm also going to give you some very simple and practical tips that can help you take that business plan and make sure things get implemented.
